About Ostravak.com
Since 2005, Ostravak.com has been the umbrella for projects and technology that protects, teaches and connects people. Each project solves something different, but all of them grew out of real practice in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
Protects: Rescue team provides medical cover at cultural and sports events, helps during emergencies and is a partner organisation of the Czech Integrated Rescue System and the City of Ostrava. Shark Security takes care of security at events, concerts and festivals, and Camp Care System helps medical staff at children's summer camps.
Teaches: Rescue team runs first-aid courses and Questbot is used for tests, quizzes and knowledge checks.
Connects: Tim handles mobile services administration, and IT services cover web hosting, website development, server administration, app development and access control systems.
